How do I connect my repositories?
Start from Integrations to connect a supported source provider such as GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket, then choose the repositories you want DevLyTicks to analyze.
Can I use DevLyTicks with private repositories?
Yes! DevLyTicks works with both public and private repositories. You control which repositories to analyze through each connected provider account.

How often is my data updated?
Data is automatically synchronized every 6 hours. Pro users can trigger manual syncs and get real-time updates.
How does the gamified leaderboard work?
The leaderboard ranks developers based on their contributions, code quality, and collaboration metrics. It includes achievement badges, streaks, and friendly competition features to boost team motivation and engagement.

How do I invite team members?
Go to your Organization settings and click "Invite Members". You can assign different roles (Admin, Member, Viewer) to control access levels.

What's the difference between Free and Pro plans?
Free plan includes up to 5 repositories and basic analytics. Pro plan offers up to 25 repositories, advanced analytics, custom reports, and priority support.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period.
