Last updated: September 2026 — Summary of the terms applicable to the DevLyTicks platform (B2B and individual customers established in the EU).
DevLyTicks is an online engineering analytics platform (the "Service") that analyzes connected code data (commits, pull requests, issues, builds, deployments) to produce activity and quality indicators at the organization, team and contributor level, subject to the permissions granted by the customer to the source provider. The team workload health indicator is presented at team level, aggregated and anonymized.
Registration constitutes full acceptance of these terms. The Service is primarily intended for professionals (organizations, teams) but is also open to individuals.
Consumers within the meaning of EU and French consumer law benefit, in particular, from: the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for paid subscriptions; pre-contractual information including the total VAT-included price; and all mandatory provisions of consumer law.
Connecting a repository causes us to process contributor metadata (names, commit emails) as published by the repository, including third parties such as open-source contributors. As our customer, you confirm you are entitled to process this data and you agree to:
Workload health indicators (quality trend, long sessions, weekend work) are produced and displayed at team level, aggregated and anonymized. DevLyTicks does not provide an individual burnout risk score, does not make automated decisions within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, and does not recommend individual measures against an identifiable employee based on this data.
Trial offers (where available) require no credit card. At the end of a trial, no charge, plan change or automatic renewal can occur without your explicit action.
We strive to provide the best possible availability. No absolute guarantee of uninterrupted service is provided: maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. A dedicated SLA may be negotiated for the Enterprise plan.
If you have access to an AI feature, your questions and relevant technical context may be processed by an external large language model provider solely to generate a response (your data is not used for model training). The list of active providers is available on request; processing is covered by our DPA and privacy policy.
The DevLyTicks software, interface and content are protected. Your source data remains yours and is used only to provide the service, except for the anonymous aggregated reuse described in the privacy policy.
DevLyTicks provides its service on a best-effort basis. Our liability is limited to direct faults and, in all events, capped at the amount paid during the last 12 months. Where a consumer subscribes, these limits apply without excluding mandatory provisions of consumer law.
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies automatically to business customers.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before legal action. Consumers may also use a consumer mediator free of charge and the European online dispute resolution platform. Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, the competent court is that of the consumer's domicile, or located in France for professional customers.
