Upgrade to Pro or Enterprise at any time to unlock advanced features and increased limits.
Step 1: Navigate to Billing
Go to Organization Settings → Billing & Subscriptions
Step 2: Select Plan
Click "Upgrade" next to Pro or "Contact Sales" for Enterprise
Step 3: Add Payment Method
Enter credit card details (Visa, Mastercard, Amex accepted)
Step 4: Confirm Upgrade
Review charges and confirm. Upgrade is immediate with pro-rated billing
Pro-rated Billing: You only pay for the remaining time in your billing cycle when upgrading.
You can downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Before Downgrading:
- • Review feature differences to ensure Free/Pro meets your needs
- • Export any custom metrics or reports you want to keep
- • Note that historical data beyond retention limits will be archived
- • Downgrade takes effect at end of current billing period
Note: Downgrading to Free may require removing repositories or team members if you exceed Free plan limits.
